You worked tirelessly for three days and we can not thank you enough for putting up with the stressors that go along with relocating and buying a new home. I really appreciate that you "stood in" for Karla when I had to select the appliances, décor, flooring, etc. and for spending the exhaustive 6-7 hours at the retailer store without hesitation. Corey did a tremendous job helping me negotiated the closing, since the buyers and their real estate representative were difficult to come to an agreement. She also was a great help in working with my bank in closing the loan. I highly recommend Corey for both home buying/selling, as well has home watch and rental coordinator.

Professionalism to the max - problem solving, helping coordinate so many people from bank, handymen, attorneys, insurance agents to inspectors then she assisted in finding renters after the sale. Never have I experienced such excellence in quality - i.e., bank glitch day of closing she was the only person involved (of so many others with their hands in the mix to take a fee) who had the answers as to how to problem solve the issue and help move to closing. It would have happened without her!! Additionally, I have friends who have used Corey as their agent for the sale of their home and it went so smoothly. They are still singing her praises.
